Hey, Reader, how's it going? I know it's been a while...

I'm still here and I still have plans. I'll be sharing them more with you before the end of the year.

Next year's word of the year for me is consistency.

How about you? Have you done any planning for 2024? Do you have any words picked out for yourself?

In the meantime, one of the things I'm proud of is how I've resisted buying a course that I really didn't need. One of the mantras that helped me do that was the phrase, "I am enough, I have enough." That phrase helped me so much that I decided that should be my next wallpaper.

If you need something, absolutely go ahead and invest. But don't buy something just because it's a good deal. If you can, take a few moments and consider:

• Have I already bought something similar (that I haven't gone through and done, yet)?
• Do I really need this course/product or do I just need to sit down and do the work? (Basically, is the problem really my lack of skill or is it my lack of confidence?)
• If I buy this thing, when will I do the work? (Block off time in your calendar, set reminders, etc. so your money doesn't go to waste.)
