Your #1 priority this week is ......???

Hi Reader it's good to see you again.

What's your number one priority this week?

Seriously, I'd love to know. It can be related to your business or in your personal life.

For me, my priority is deciding what to build next to best serve you. I have several ideas brewing - live group programs, more done-for-you services, additional workshops - but I can really only focus on one at a time.

That's where you come in! Could you click on the poll below to help me prioritize?

I'm thinking of launching live cohorts starting this summer - maybe a mid-year reboot in July, back-to-school focus in August, Fall reset in September, and Q4 prep in October. If you join, you'll get the course (discount for those who already have it), weekly or twice-weekly lives (recorded), and 3-month access to the (new) community.

But then I also really want to work with people one-on-one and guide them through the process (or do it for them). It feels like making a bigger impact even if it's working with fewer people at a time.

Should I focus on group programs or one-on-one services first? So hard to decide!

Everything will get built eventually, but I can really only work on one at a time.

That's why this week's email isn't the usual Task / Free resource / Paid resource format....I've been trying to build all the things at the same time and it's slowing me down.

Your vote will really help me know how to best prioritize my time to serve you.

Stay tuned for next week - I've got a number of things partially built and whatever the poll results are will influence my decision.

Take care and have a happy Summer Solstice this Friday!

Have you ever noticed how monsters are scariest when they're hidden? It makes me think of the movie The Mist (from a Stephen King novel). The monsters are terrifying but the worst part is you can’t see what’s coming. Or there’s battle tactics where smoke grenades are thrown to block visibility. Or speaking of scary movies and horror films, one of the reasons things are so scary is because you can’t really see them. There are flashes here or there, or shapes hidden in the dark, only partly...

Hi Reader, Now that the frenetic energy of gearing up for back-to-school is passed, my boys and I are now settling into our new routines. The temperature is starting to turn cooler, and the rain is coming (I’m in the Seattle area). Honestly, I find it kind of difficult to focus in August. My brain is still in summer mode and the kids are still home from school. We’re getting school supplies ready but I don’t have the rhythm yet. Now I’m settled in and ready to look at wrapping up Q3 and see...
